House of Investments together with the entire Yuchengco Group of Companies (YGC) are known for their strong Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, particularly through the AY Foundation, Inc.  These programs focus on areas like helping disadvantaged children, improving educational opportunities, supporting the arts, preserving our culture, and protecting the environment. Employees from House of Investments and other YGC members participate in CSR programs as volunteers, contributing to the success of these initiatives.

One prominent CSR project is the YGC Earth Care Project, which involves reforestation efforts and environmental conservation.

"Corporate well-being is manifest not only in hefty dividends. It is also evident in community integration and responsiveness. It is not enough to have successful ventures. It is just as important to respond to the needs of the community we find ourselves in." – Amb. Alfonso T. Yuchengco, 1999

CSR ACTIVITY – INTERACTION WITH GENTLE GIANTS (2025)

Last December 11, 2025, the HI family had the privilege of welcoming the Gentle Giants from Boundless Possibilities Foundation Inc. for a meaningful Christmas celebration filled with joy, connection, and shared purpose.

Through heartwarming carols, games, dancing, and singing, the Gentle Giants brought not only festive cheer but also an inspiring reminder of resilience, creativity, and inclusion. Our employees also showed their support by purchasing baked cookies, tote bags, and T-shirts featuring the Gentle Giants’ own art prints—beautiful expressions of their talent and individuality.

At HI, we believe that the true measure of impact lies in the lives we touch. This initiative reaffirmed our commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for engagement with communities and sectors that deserve greater visibility and support. More than a CSR activity, it was a heartfelt reminder of the true spirit of humanity—giving from the heart, embracing inclusivity, and being grateful for the blessings we are able to share.
